when is thesis available on penn state after graduation

The package provides proper page formatting according to the Penn State thesis office guidelines (as of 2004) and automatically formats the front and back matter, title page, and more. A Bib T e X style file is also included for the bibliography.
However, the package is now deemed as out of date and no longer reflecting the University’s current formatting guidance.

After graduation, members of the PSU Alumni Association can access limited online library resources. See the PSU Alumni Library for details.
As long as the PSU Access ID is still active (usually about 6 months after graduation), students will be able to continue to use all library resources.

The format review is a chance for Office of Theses and Dissertations staff to take a preliminary look at your thesis or dissertation to check for formatting errors. The goal is to ensure that you are following the requirements set forth in the Thesis and Dissertation Guide.

The Office of Theses and Dissertations (OTD) is the unit within GES that certifies electronic theses and dissertations (eTDs) have been prepared in accordance with the standards set by the Graduate Council and the University Libraries. OTD maintains eTDs held for delayed release to Open Access status and uploads eTDs to the University Libraries. In addition, this office coordinates commencement activities for the Graduate School, including the distribution of doctoral diplomas.
